Babeland
seeks a Director of Marketing to design and implement marketing strategies
across its several retail channels. She or he will be responsible for
initiating programs and evaluating their success, as well as undertaking public
relations, market research and analysis, advertising management, brand
development, and media planning. The Marketing Director works closely with the
owners, purchasing staff, managers, and marketing team to create a unified,
compelling and successful representation of Babeland to the public. A generous benefits package is

The
Marketing Director position requires 4-year degree and 5-8 years relevant
experience or equivalent.
The candidate should have several years of experience in brand or product
marketing for a retail or consumer goods/services company. She/he should have
training in tactical marketing and must be facile in spreadsheet modeling in
order to forecast and track the success of marketing plans. She/he should also
be conversant in technology and feel comfortable in a technology-centric
environment.
