I love when you come back to tell me that a year ago I helped you buy your first vibe, and that it changed your sex life. I love helping you find your first harness, explain packing, lube, porn, flogging, etc. It is because of your loyalty for these past twenty years that I get to wake up every morning with the best job ever.   

Dear older customers:  Thank you for showing me that even if you're in your 60's or 70's, you still can have new sexual experiences, new sexual partners, and new curiosities.  It really takes the pressure off of being in your 20's and feeling like you’re supposed to have all your sexual adventures now.

Thank you for opening up to me and sharing with me, and giving so much of yourself around something that is so vulnerable and tender for you. It is honor to be a resource to you.
