It was not hard to do, if you can read and follow directions well. Do some homework, read reviews and tips around the net. There are a lot of good ideas out there.

a couple things:

a partner (fluffer) is indispensable. Don't try without help, even if you successfully make a mold it won't be as big as you usually are. Two partners would be better--one to mix and one to fluff;

a stick blender really helps. I'm pretty sure I would have totally failed without mine. Get it all set up before you pour water in and the clock starts ticking;

don't shove your cock too hard into the material. It has some resistance and it will force blood back into your body. You'll come out bigger if you ease it in, I think;

The material doesn't really harden that well. If you leave it on a flat surface it will get flat spots. If you leave it on top of a wire or something, the wire will leave a permanent groove. This is why it got 3 stars instead of four from me. Store it standing up, I guess.

The Clone-a-Willy kit is loads of fun! Part of the reason I wanted it was so that I could try an experiment I had in my head. I had seen Clone-a-Willy kits to make other various things like chocolate cocks and wanted to see if I could reuse the mold. All of the other reviewers' comments on the timing, awkwardness etc. are right on. But this is a fun, hilarious craft project. My only comments to add are use a cock ring (I ended up with a great final product, but it was about 3/4 the size it could have been if we'd used a cock ring to keep my partner hard). Also, just a note that the silicone dries pretty hard, so the final product isn't very flexible, so I wouldn't say it feels like the real thing.

My first effort was a complete failure, but the fault was my own and I wanted to try to give some tips in the hope that others won't repeat my mistakes. First, get everything completely ready and work in a place that can be easily cleaned up. Second, you really should have someone else there to help, it's a logistics challenge to get everything mixed, poured, and timed while trying to stay hard! Don't worry too much about mixing up the first powder, it sets up REALLY fast and you need to be inside the mold well before two minutes. This is where I failed, I was ready just before the two minute mark, but the gel was too solid to get into. Cooler water should give you more time here, I am going to try again with a cooler water temp. The tube you stick yourself into is not going to fill up completely with gel before you stick yourself in it, even though you cut it to fit your length. This made me stop and think for a few moments I didn't have to spare. Remember, you are going to be displacing the gel so it's ok that it doesn't fill the tube. Overall, it is not a difficult process, except that it is very quick once started and it was not easy to stay erect while stressing about how the clock was running. I will get the refill kit and try again, now that I've learned my lesson.

I am a fan of the Clone-a-Willy. I have tried it twice, the second time I got the kit in silicone from Babeland. Since the first time I tried making a Willy I had a few questions, I wanted to share my pointers: 1) I suggest you make the Willy with a person you are very comfortable with. 2) Read the instructions (thoroughly) 3) Gather all the components before beginning 4) Have the water running on low, adjusting the temperature until it is right, then leave it on while you prep the cock. 5) The mold sets quickly so you have to move fast once your partner's cock is hard. (steps for mixing plaster, pouring it into molding tube and putting cock into molding plaster) 6)Keep you cock in the mold for 2 minutes but let the mold set for 24hours to dry 7) Be sure to mix silicone really well before pouring into mold and tap your mold to remove any air bubbles. I had a lot of great toys in my life but this one has a special place!
