I'm not much for toys, but when I saw this one I was intrigued enough that I immediately set about reading some reviews about the internet to see if there were any glaring issues - and finding none, I promptly ordered it. I've never wanted to order something so fast.

One important note that may be confusing about the descriptions of this dildo: when it says you can turn it around to achieve different sensations, that means rotating it inside you. The other end of the dildo is not intended for penetrative use. A matte texture (the D.1 logo) on the narrower end helps keep a grip, but since it is not polished the way the function end is, the roughness could cause abrasions. I've read reviews where some have expressed their dismay at not being able to use both ends, and while that is a shame, having a more secure grip is very helpful and I would rather rate this dildo on what it is rather than what it isn't.

Firstly, this dildo is very aesthetically pleasing. It just feels primal and sexy in your hand. The stone itself is larvikite, also called Norwegian moonstone (although it is not actually moonstone) and a host of other common names. Images can't quite do justice to the flecks of "flash" in it, which are similar to especially excited granite or a colder, more monotone version of labradorite. It's very nice to look under the light and see all the intricate textures and details under the polished surface.
This dildo is indeed good for either solo or partner use - although if you are having a partner use it on you, both of you should be aware that they have a piece of stone in their hand. I just had to leave a quick review to let everyone know how awesome this dildo is! I love the feel (hard as hell), I love the weight (ohh soo heavy!), and I love the size and shape! I also love the fact that this baby is cool to the touch, or warm to the touch depending on how I want to use it!
