I bought this about 6 months ago. Its two settings are too weak and too strong. The multiple heads do nothing. I played with it for TWO HOURS! It was either too weak or too much. Great neck massager. Great if you want VERY INTENSE clit stimulation.

I've had mine for little over a month and it recently started buzzing/rattling loudly, but if you cover the attachment to muffle it then it isn't as loud. It is very strong on the first setting and very pleasurable, on the second it makes my clit numb because it is so powerful. I am now thinking of getting different attachments because it is definitely going to be frequently used.
