I use the pump and cylinder on my nipples and my clit. The sensations are so intense I have to force myself to keep pumping. I could not hold the suction for 10 to 15 minutes like the directions say for beginners - it's more like three minutes and I'm completely excited. My nipples are much more sensitive than they have ever been, and this was not a problem before starting use. My clit also responds immediately. I've noticed that my nipples get hard and stick out more now, and my clitoris is also more sensitive. I will continue to pump at least once daily and see what the results are after a couple of months. An added bonus with the hand pump is that it is waterproof and great for use in the tub. Well worth the investment - and I was skeptical. I am skeptical no more.
