I brought these to work, and man was I busy. I was bonging everyone! Nurses, physical therapists, social workers, even a neurosurgeon! Everyone loved them! They are easy to do and feel fantastic. I find myself bonging my neck and shoulders on my own, and even lightly on my head (although the neurosurgeon did not think that was a great idea). These are a fantastic, easy and fun massage tools. You can bong soft, or bong hard, whatever gets your blood flowing. Me? I like it hard.

Sometimes it's like pulling teeth trying to get my partner to GIVE the massage not just GET one! But I have been getting more than ever, since I got these bongers which are fun & easy to use. It's like the slacker answer to giving the massage. Also you can use them on yourself without too much effort, and really pinpoint the area you need to release and work on it.
