After checking out the smart balls for a couple of months I decided to go ahead and buy them. They came in beautiful packaging in different languages and w/ some silicone lube. The balls are not too big to insert, just use a little lube. At first the sensations were not strong and I was disappointed, but after squeezing them throughout the day and moving more, I got wet. I haven't noticed a difference yet in my orgasms, but they are fun to just wear.

With lube, great for men...there is some stimulation of the prostate and you can wear them at work because they are quiet. Make sure you have underwear that holds down your penis though!
