...otherwise i may have not been able to figure it out! anyway, i LOVE this vibe. great intensity, easy to clean and just really cool to look at it. good width, grooves aren't too pronounced so its a really comfortable fit. the dial works fine, for now anyway. i did take it in the shower and that seems to be fine too. even if the vibe itself does break someday ill be able to deal with it...it will go from being my fave vibe to my fave dildo. thanks Babeland for being so helpful!

This was the first time I spent this much money on a vibrator, and I have to say, I was really pleased with it. As other reviewers have said, the battery compartment is a bit of a pain to get into but well worth it. I've had this vibe for about a year now, and only just started to notice the motor going on the fritz, much to my disappointment. Up until then, it was great, the vibrations were pretty strong and wonderfully conducted. Great for clitoral stimulation or vaginal penetration.

i haven't actually tried it out yet, but i had to post this... i, also, was having trouble opening the battery case. i finally got it open by gripping it with... a nutcracker. ;)

I had another Fun Factory toy that I loved and it lasted several years. I was excited to buy another one but it sadly died after a month of use. From what I read, consistency seems to be an issue with this company. I really wish it worked because I like the style and the materials used. *************************************************************************** Babeland Response: If a product that you purchased from Babeland breaks, or doesn't work properly, you can return it for an exchange, replacement, or store credit up to 30 days after you receive it. Fun Factory toys should definitely last longer than a month.
