This dildo is incredibly realistic in appearance and texture. For me, the size was a bit of a stretch in girth, and a couple of inches longer than I could feasibly fit inside me. I cut off the balls, as they didn't do much for me (they are pretty flat, and only provide a visual backdrop). I love this toy, and highly recommend it, regardless of the state of the balls. It is, along with the Lonestar, one of the most realistic of vixskin toys.
