I feel everyones pain, I used a penis pump about 15 years ago and it does not make your penis larger. But it does help the blood flow and it will assist with your sexual desire. I would recommend that if you have a low sex drive, try working out. Exercise 30 minutes a day is VERY good for the PENIS. :)

I just read the reviews above ( I happened to be shopping for a new setup..lol) First of all, the "pump" is not a masturbation tool. It is designed to get you as hard as possible up to the point of how hard one can get given whatever ailment is causing you to use this thing. I have diabetes and pumps get me hard enough to have sex without having to resort to Viagra. Depending on what type of sex is at "hand" ( rotf) I do use a cock ring ( also available here) to maintain my erection. If you are using this thing for whatever reason and you are getting or feeling pain, STOP using it!!! ( goes for almost anything on this planet) As for returns of this or any other similar product sold here or elsewhere..... would "you" want to buy an item where someone elses "stuff" was in? not me...lol, as a matter of fact, I'd run away from Babeland screaming if they did accept returns of sextoys...lol These types of items are things one doesnt stand on line with at the "customer service desk" And lastly..If anyone is here looking for any type of product which will make a guy permanently bigger...forget it...IT DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!!

What a waste of $$$!!! Sorry stud muffins but this thing is useless. God did not endow me to fill this 7 1/2" by 2 1/2" tube. I bought it hoping that with use I might increase my size but all I can say is that it hurts. It sucks the blood right out of you penis and gives a uncomfortable burning sensation. Once you get it pumped up and try to move it up and down to masterbate it breaks the vacuum seal and you are back to pumping. You are constantly pumping the vacuum bulb which is very distracting you lose you concentration on the job at hand (pun), making yourself feel good. I threw mine in the trash since Babeland does not have a user satisfaction guarranty which is a drawback for their products. I should have scrolled down the page and read the post from the guy from Florida and I would not have wasted my $$$.
