So many people experience sexual trauma in their lives; this book really helps you to engage your mind and body in ways that many of us--even those who haven't experienced trauma--don't do. This book can heal our sexual, mental and emotional selves to really be present with ourselves and our partners. It is a must-read.

Every survivor of sexual trauma needs to have this book! Staci Haines is awesome! She breaks it down in such an easy going and caring way. This book has a bit more info for partners than your average survivor book, it's a definate PLUS! Another reason why I love this book is because she writes this book for ALL WOMEN! There is not ""hetero"" tone what so ever, other survivor books lack that greatly. Awesome book!
