On the one I bought, the remote never works, the entire unit will randomly fail to work, even if it was managing seconds before. I even tried replacing the remote control batteries, and the egg batteries, repeatedly. ************************************************************ Babeland Response: It sounds like you unfortunately got a defective one. Luckily, Babeland has a 30-day return policy for defective items so you could return your Remote Butterfly for a replacement or an exchange.

Babeland offers a remote joy-buzzer that beats anything you used to be able to do with that handshake ring as a kid: the Remote Butterfly, a wireless clitoris stimulator. Yes, isn’t technology wonderful? It is worn externally, like panties, but really do its best work “inside.” The Butterfly offers an extended range, 20 feet versus 15 and is relatively quiet.

A Pricey Disappointment

I got mine years back, it's been lost to the monster of multiple moves, and I haven't missed it. The idea is more than fabulous, an exciting night out on the town, but both DH and I are still waiting for a better execution. This was bulky enough to be noticeable under an average skirt. The straps do not hold it in position for proper stimulation at all and are not tight enough to get anywhere. I had to hold it with my hand to get anything out of wearing it. It was too loud to be able to use anywhere for that edge-of-your-seat uncertainty we were going for. The winged part was large enough to be distractingly uncomfortable. We never tried this with intercourse as it would have been an exercise in futility and a disappointing way to run down the tiny remote battery. How I wish this had worked.

I was so excited when I first received my Butterfly that I had to try it right away...I'm not sure if it was the thought of a "new toy" or the toy itself that got me off the first time but after that it wasn't all that great. You have to be extremely careful changing the batteries because the wires are so delicate. Mine broke after approx. 6 uses. Also the elastic helps to position it but it doesn't stay there long so don't try wearing it while wearing a skirt. Not very strong sensation even with new batteries....Not worth the money.
