Making Rear Entry Position Easier

Dear Rachel and Claire,
My boyfriend is 6'5" and I'm only 5'1". We are having some serious trouble with rear entry positions, and basically anything other than modified missionaries and woman on top. We don't really have the furniture or space that would accommodate too many changes, but I'm desperate to break out of our rut. Any tips on how we can get comfortable in this position, given our height disparity?

-Off Target

A:

Dear Off Target,

Are you desperate enough to raise the height of your mattress? Stand him next to the bed and figure out how high the mattress would have to be for you to be the perfect height for rear-entry. You can then put it up on blocks–with a camouflaging dust ruffle, no one will know. You can always buy a new higher bed or mattress, or try some of the modular furniture like the Wedge, that are designed to help make positions more comfortable.
