Li'l Squirter

Dear Rachel and Claire,
Female Ejaculation and the G-Spot

I'm writing to you about female ejaculation.  I have been able to do it now for three years and I orgasm this way every time I have sex. I'm writing to find out how I can stop ejaculating so much!  I can reach climax within two minutes and I often can't keep from squirting, and this can happen up to 10 times during sex. I love it, but it gets pretty wet and un-pleasurable for the guy and sometimes I'd like to build it up more and only have one orgasm so that it is more exciting. What can I do to prolong these ejaculations???

A:

Dear li’l squirter,

We get so many emails from people trying to find their G-spots and learn to ejaculate that we just couldn’t resist this “man bites dog” question of yours.

For those of you not quite up to speed with LS’s problem, here’s a more detailed explanation of what’s going on.  All women have a ring of spongy tissue wrapped around their urethra, spongy tissue that fills with fluid as a woman becomes aroused.  It’s known as the “Urethral Sponge.”  As it fills up it gets bigger and its bumpy surface can be felt through the front wall of the vagina (front being towards the belly). That spot on the front wall of the vagina through which the urethral sponge can be felt and stimulated is called the “G-spot.”  Many women expel the fluid from the urethral sponge when they come, which we call female ejaculation.

So poor LS has not only found her G-spot, she’s become so splash happy that her man is complaining of a soggy bottom.

Here’s the solution:

  1. Get yourself a plastic mattress cover, a mattress pad, and a change of sheets.  Have a towel handy to sop up the extra and accept your wet fate.  You are having orgasms that other women only dream of, so enjoy it!
  2.  If you want to learn to prolong arousal, you can do it through learning to postpone coming.  As you get close to the point where you know you are going to orgasm, back off, by slowing down, changing the type of stimulation, or stopping altogether to let the tension subside a bit. After backing off a few times, let yourself come, and you’ll probably find it more intense.
  3. Experiment with sex- imagine pulling the orgasm energy up and in instead of out, and you may spray less.  Or clitoral stimulation may keep you drier than traditional fucking.  But in our experience, once a woman has learned to release, it’s hard to go back to holding it in.

Sorry we can’t offer you absolute advice on how to staunch the flow, but other than going to the desert, cutting back on fluids and doing speed, there’s not much you can do.  Hopefully your lovers can learn to see the puddle as a sign of triumph and a testament to your juicy sexuality.

Good Luck!
