Babeland is giving away a Fun Factory toy every day in March! From the Flash and Spring in their new click n’ charge line to customer favorites like the Delight and Laya Spot — Babeland will be giving you 31 chances to win one of Fun Factory’s many superb toys.

All you need to do is become a Friend or Fan of Babeland on any of our official Facebook pages and send us a quick “Hello” on our wall or via Facebook mail to let us know you want to win one of these great toys.

Contest Drawing Rules:

You must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. resident to enter this drawing. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Drawing Rules. The contest begins on March 1st, 2010 and ends March 31st at 12:00am PST. Entrants must be friends or fans of Babeland on one or more of Babeland’s official Facebook pages (located at http://www.facebook.com/babeland.seattle, http://www.facebook.com/Babeland.Toys, and http://www.facebook.com/pages/Babeland-NYC/347168064694) and are required to opt in to this contest by either requesting to be added as a Facebook friend, leaving a wall comment or sending a private Facebook email to one or more of the above named Facebook accounts. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR TO RECEIVE A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. MULTIPLE ENTRIES WILL NOT IMPROVE YOU CHANCE OF WINNING.Thirty one prizes in total will be awarded.

From March 2, 2010 through June 1, 2010, one winner will be chosen at random each day from the pool of entrants who requested to be added as a Facebook friend, or messaged (via Facebook mail or wall message) one or more of our above named Facebook accounts.

Each winner will notified via Facebook mail before noon PST on the day they are chosen, and will be required to provide a shipping address to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim his or her prize within 72 hours of notification, they forfeit the prize, and another winner will be drawn.

The odds of winning the drawing will be determined by the number of entries. By joining Babeland’s Facebook community and sending a private or wall message, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contest. The rules of the contest are established in the sole discretion of Babeland. Employees of Babeland and/or Fun Factory, their relatives or persons residing in their respective households are not eligible for entry. Babeland reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this contest, and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Babeland.

By participating, entrants and winner release Babeland, its respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, agents, and employees, from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the contest and/or use of any prize. Winner further agrees to the use of his/her name (or pseudonym), and city and state of residence for purposes of providing a list of winners to the public on request and for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner agrees that the information submitted in the contest can be used by Babeland at its discretion. Winner will be responsible for all income or other taxes on prize.

With respect to computer entries, Babeland is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Babeland reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her Sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process.
