Guest Review: Lumina Wand

Designed for G-spot play, the Lumina Wand features an angled end that tapers into a blunt point. The other end has a pair of bloops and a length of straight shaft. No matter which end you decide to use first, I love that you can do the old switcheroo with this toy. It’s as good as two toys in one.

So let’s just say that you really like the idea of a smooth glass dildo, but you are afraid either of the substantial price-tag of a glass toy or that you’d end up breaking it. If this describes you, then the Lumina Wand would be the perfect alternative.

The Lumina Wand measures in at about 6-1/2" long and a little over an inch wide. It’s made of a clear pink acrylic which is pretty much indestructible unless a random elephant steps on it. You can toss this toy against the wall if you so desire; you’d need to worry more about harming the wall than the toy.

And it’ll only set you back thirty bucks. Nice.

I had a friend screw me silly with the Lumina Wand, first with the bloop-ed end and then with the g-spot end. Both ends felt fabulous, but wow, the G-spot curve really hit the right spot. I enjoy hard, unyielding toys for G-spot stimulation, so this toy was perfect for me. If you like something a bit more cushy, you may find this a little too intense, but it made me gush and gush hard.

Because it’s non-porous, it only requires a drop of water-based or silicone lube to stay super-slippery for ages. It’s got nary a seam or crevice where bacteria can hide. Scrub the Lumina Wand down with some hot soapy water, toss it back in your toy drawer, and it’ll be your happy playmate for years.
