How to Stimulate the Prostate Gland

One of our favorite things to do here at Babeland is to help men and their partners discover the pleasures of the prostate (or the P-Spot). A New Approach

Go ahead and give yourself a pat on the back for exploring the "P-Spot" (shorthand for the prostate). Stimulating the P-Spot involves anal play, so some folks are reluctant to try it because of cultural attitudes that paint it as "taboo" behavior.  But if there's one thing we know as pleasure advocates, it's that all kinds of people enjoy all kinds of sex. Getting Started

1. Go it Alone. We recommend that you fly solo for your initial prostate probe, so you are in total control of the pace and depth of your explorations.
2. Relax and clean up. A warm shower with some added soapy attention to your butthole is a great way to relax and get into your body. It can also help lessen any apprehensions you may have about encountering feces, as will the use of a glove.
3. Add lubricant. Once you’re ready, a nice thick lubricant like Maximus or BabeLube and smooth fingernails are musts for successful prostate stimulation. Since the anus does not self-lubricate, you’ll want to use generous amounts of lube.
4. Easy does it. With lube on your fingertip and your anus, press gently on your anus with the pad of your finger as you push out (as if you were going to the bathroom). Your sphincter muscles will relax, and your finger should pop in.
5. Explore. Once inside, curve your finger toward your belly button, and feel for a textured, ridged area about two to three inches inside. Some folks liken the feel of the prostate to that of the surface of a walnut.
6. Experiment. Prostates enjoy a variety of sensations from firm pressure to rhythmic movement to vibrations, so try some different movements until you find your favorite.

An Australian study (the results of which were published in the August 2003 issue of the British Journal of Urology) concluded that men who masturbate on a regular basis between the ages of 20 and 50 are less likely to develop prostate cancer later in life. In fact, men who masturbate to ejaculation more than five times per week are a third less likely to develop the disease. Since prostate fluid can store carcinogens in addition to good things like potassium and zinc, regular ejaculation has a cleansing effect, since it's flushing out the bad and replacing it with the good.
