The movie seems to be focused a bit too much on the sex scenes, but even during the sex scenes, Tristan does voiceovers over the action that help teach you about what is going on during the scene. The tips are all pretty basic (this is the basic DVD - not the Advanced Tips one), but it does delve into deep throating and other advanced techniques. I was really fond of the couplings, and this DVD portrayed fellatio in an arousing manner while still managing to teach.
