I bought this vibrator after my bullet and rabbit both died. I was excited to try it because of the high reviews. It did not do it for me. I agree with another commenter that the flexibility of the neck means that you can't get a strong sensation because the more pressure you put on it, the further back the neck goes. I bought this over the Hitachi because I didn't want to have to plug anything in. I also liked that it was water-resistant. Big let down! I also thought it was kind of loud for a brand new toy.

Great toy. the problem lies in it's durability. It will overheat easily, then its never the same again.Not the right toy for you if you enjoy a long slow session.

I have only used one of those back massagers you can get at Target, so I was excited to buy my first "real" vibrator. Since the massager was rather strong, I knew I was looking for something with a lot of intensity. I was a little nervous about getting the strong Hitachi, so I opted for this one to start with. I wasn't too happy with the it at the beginning. It seemed rather weak. However, once I replaced the batteries with some Energizer Lithium ones, I fell it love! This has a lot of power on even it's lowest setting and I love experimenting with the different settings. This is just wonderful! :)

I am a bit of a vibrator abuser. The mystic wand was my 9th vibrator over the course of 5 years or so. I replaced vibrators not because I wanted to try something new, but because they would keep breaking! This one has packed the most punch, and gets the job done but I feel like there are some flaws that I didn't like. I've been using this toy for a year and I remember when I first purchased it, I felt like I couldn't press down very hard in fear of the neck" breaking. I do love my intense vibrations with pressure but I just can't get it with this vibrator. In an attempt to work around this problem I tried using a makeshift wedge and humped the vibrator. This increased the pressure without putting pressure on the neck. The new problem was that the vibrator would overheat very quickly and the glue that held the button cover on would melt. This vibrator is wonderful. It is far far better than any of my other vibrators (the rabbit pearl, g-spot vibes, bullets, lelo products). PROS: 1) The mystic wand sends vibration to the right place: I feel vibrations on my clit, not on my hand. 2) The texture allows for a little "give" but is firm enough to provide the right amount of pressure. 3) The variations on vibration patterns are very effective in building up to and sustaining an orgasm. And they are in an endless loop. 4) It is battery-powered so I don't have to wait for it to charge or keep it permanently plugged-in. And I don't feel oddly tethered to the wall socket. CONS: 1) It is not terribly pretty. Granted, it isn't as bizarre-looking as the rabbit, but it is far from elegant. In fact, it looks like some sort of odd kitchen tool. Images of wand-style vibrators alarmed me because they seemed more industrial than erotic. But you don't spend a lot of time looking at a vibe if it's doing its job properly, right? 2) The material is great, but I wish it were a little bit silkier. While it is smooth and soft, it is not quite luxurious. But that's a small price to pay because vibrators don't have to be elegant to work well. If you're worried about trying a wand-type vibrator, I would really recommend this one. Granted, I can't compare it to the other wand-type models, but it is the best clitorial vibe I have ever had by far. It might look a little clinical, but it is easy to understand why so many women swear by the wand-style of vibrators once you try the mystic wand.

My wife has tried several different vibrators (all of which she purchased from here), but this one she especially loved. More often then not she masturbates in the bathtub and I think that is what the downfall was of this vibrator even though it says it's waterproof.* It only lasted for approximately 2 months and then it just stopped working. You could hear it buzz, but the motor wouldn't actually spin. Needless to say, she was very sad that it broke and wants to get another one, but it's a lot of money to spend on a vibrator for it to only last a couple months. I have always had a somewhat difficult time achieving orgasm, even when self-stimulating. Not with this little gem! It's guaranteed every time.
