Meet Babeland’s Sexy Parents

Anne Semans is the mother of Roxy (11) and Lily (5). She’s Babeland’s Marketing Director, as well as the author of several sex books, including Sexy Mamas: Keeping Your Sex Life Alive While Raising Kids. Says Anne, “Sex writing has been incredibly liberating and exciting to a girl raised in a Catholic family, where sex (and any mention of it) was as forbidden as that juicy red apple Eve plucked from the tree.”


Shannon Carnes is the mother of Jonas (5 going on 45), she is studying to become a sex therapist with emphasis on transgender family therapy. She believes that having a positive open attitude towards sex is the best gift she can give her son. She spends her days working as the location purchaser in Seattle, and Jonas hopes that someday we will carry the Penis 2000.

 

Vanessa Riles (L) is the other mother of Octavia (8 years old).  Vanessa has been working at Babeland almost four years and is currently the Customer Service Supervisor and New Product Coordinator.  Vanessa is raising Octavia with her partner Crystal whom she will be marrying this July.  Vanessa is planning to pursue a Master of Human Sexuality degree and make sex education a lifelong career.
