nc-17I guess I could have predicted this but Mingle2 has a blog rating system which gives your blog a rating like movies. Our blog is rated NC-17. I've never even seen an NC-17 movie but I'm writing an NC-17 blog! I love it.Since our website is 18 and up, I suppose this is appropriate but I still think it's hilarious. According to this site, this blog (i.e. me) mentions sex 50 times, porn 13 times, sexy 4 times and gay 2 times. It's interesting to me that the word 'gay' ups the rating. Are we really living in a world where gay people themselves constitute giving a movie or a blog a more "mature" rating? What is so inappropriate about gay people? The blog Queerty (the gay blog) also gets an NC-17 rating for saying "gay" 28 times and "zombies" 2 times! Zombies! Clearly this measuring system has some problems.What is your blog rated?
