I can no longer resist the urge to do a regular post called "celebrity sex toys". For those of you who think I'm going to use this post to out some of our celebrity shoppers (and oh, there are many), I'm sorry to disappoint you. We do honor our commitment to customer privacy, so until we get a celebrity spokesperson (taking all volunteers), or someone from the A-list gets snapped with a Babeland tote in the world at large, you won't read about them here. No, in this column, I get to fantasize about what celebrity I would bestow a Babeland sex toy upon. And as you can see from the title of this post, my chosen object, is the
Vamp dildo. Now, I can hear all of you vampire-lovers already. You think it will be the sexy Rob Pattinson from the
Twilight movies (his vampire character's sparkly skin is the inspiration for the texture on the Vamp dildo). No way, uh uh. Even though, for those of you who've seen the sexy-yet-chaste first installment, it would make some sense for "Edward, what-I-have-a-penis" character to use this dildo on his ever submissive Bella. Or maybe you think it should go to one of the future stars on the TV show
The Vampire Diaries or the popular nocturnal hotties on the HBO show
True Blood. Nope again. The celeb who most deserves the Vamp is none other than
Sarah Michelle Gellar, for her portrayal of the Buffy, the notorious Vampire Slayer of a decade ago. She kicked some serious vampire butt in her day, and was such a strong female character on this show, that I have no doubt she'd put that hot little Vamp dildo in its place. Literally. If you want to see a most hilarious video mashup, check out
Buffy taking on Edward.

And as an aside, the
Vamp dildo is selling like hotcakes at Babeland. I don't know if we have a lot of goth-lovers or custies who love good Halloween-inspired sex toys, but either way, if you're going to get on this bandwagon, do it soon, since this toy is a limited edition (just like Buffy).
