A Texas woman and her girlfriend were arrested in a
San Antonio mall for what they say was a kiss on the cheek. Mall security says the women re-entered the mall after being asked to leave but the couple says they were just sitting on a bench when one gave the other a kiss. Mall security then proceeded to harrass them and accuse them of "swapping spit".This is ridiculous - it's based on fear and inane rules that are enforced in a discriminatory fashion. What can we do about it? Make out in malls. Especially the Rolling Oaks Mall in San Antonio. We could call it, the Great National Mall Make-Out and anyone - everyone could go to a mall and make out. Straight, gay, it doesn't matter, watch security try and throw you out when you're surrounded by other couples doing the same thing.I live in New York and thus, not near any malls but it would be worth a shot...
