So you know why you want to stimulate the prostate and both you and your man are excited - what do you do next? I suggest making sure you know your anatomy.I know sometimes hearing the word anatomy sounds really boring but at Babeland we see things differently. Remember your high school sex ed class? When they taught you anatomy they were trying to prevent things (pregnancy, STIs) - noble goals, but not very sexy. At Babeland, when we teach anatomy, we're trying to promote things (pleasure, orgasm) so it makes the anatomy lesson so much more fun!Knowing your anatomy is especially important for the ass because it will really help you have a successful experience. Plus, the ass is the universal orifice - everyone has one! So look for the little * for anatomy that we all share:*Anus/external sphincter muscle: this is the little puckering, circle-shaped thing that we can all see. It's also the thing we can squeeze if we have to go to the bathroom but can't get there in time. This muscle needs to be relaxed to let things in. This area has almost as many nerve endings as the clitoris!*Internal sphincter: you can't see this muscle but it's about an inch inside the body and unlike the external sphincter, we can't control this muscle. It has a mind of its own. Why is that important? If this muscle isn't relaxed or ready enough and we cause it pain, it will decide to close up and any internal anal play will become much more difficult. So, treat this little sphincter gently and give it the time it needs.*Rectum: once you get past the sphincters you're into the rectum. It's about 8 inches long so you have a fair amount of space to work with. The walls of the rectum are delicate so use a lot of lube and be gentle.*Colon: this is where fecal matter is stored before leaving the body. It does travel through the rectum but is not ordinarily stored there so don't worry about running into poo on your journey.Prostate: This walnut sized gland is similar to the G-spot and can be stimulated internally through the rectum and externally through the perineum. Either way, prostate stimulation can feel fantastic!Perineum: This is the spot between the balls and the ass. Pressing on it indirectly stimulates the prostate.Phew! Alright class, that's enough of our anatomy lesson for today. Stay tuned for more on how to go about stimulating all of the parts we talked about today. If you missed parts 1 and 2, check them out here and here.
