
After reading the book
The Orgasmic Diet by Marrena Lindberg, "I thought wouldn't it be great to actually follow the diet?" It's designed to balance your serotonin and dopamine levels in order to have a higher libido. I don't feel as if I have a low libido but I would like to increase the intensity of my orgasms and strengthen my pelvic muscles. In order to have some support I'm doing the diet with my friend Jen Johnson, she will be blogging as well!November 1, 2008: Today was the first day of the diet, and yesterday I ate a ton of candy since it was Halloween, so today I felt as if I had a hangover.
Marrena Lindberg says that "Sugar spikes serotonin levels." So I felt elated, but as soon as the sugar high was over, my energy level was low and so was my sex drive. I like to get off at least once a day and today I didn't even feel like getting off, just a low libido kind of day, and I'm pretty sure it was due to the sugar!! Jen and I will be checking in at least once a week to report our Orgasmic Diet findings to you awesome Babeland Blog readers!
